PGM2-F 12V 4G LTE SMS Frost & Temperature Alarm

A 12V 4G LTE SMS frost and temperature alarm for Australian growers. Get a text on your phone the moment the temperature drops towards freezing, so you can start fans, sprinklers or heaters before frost damages the crop.

Radiation frost on clear, still nights can hit vineyards at budburst, orchards at blossom and fruit set, and nursery or glasshouse stock in a few hours. The PGM2-F watches the temperature for you around the clock and alerts up to 10 mobile numbers by SMS, wherever you are.

How it works

• Receives an SMS alert when the temperature falls to 0°C, or set your own HIGH and LOW limits anywhere from -20°C to +99.9°C.
• Check the current temperature at any time by sending a simple SMS.
• Optional automatic temperature report by SMS at a set time every day or week.
• Up to 10 phone numbers for TXT notifications, so the whole team hears about it.
• External digital temperature probe on a 5 metre lead, so the unit can sit in a shed or enclosure while the probe sits at crop height.
• Runs from 12V DC, which suits solar and battery installations in remote blocks.

Ideal for

Vineyards, orchards, nurseries, glasshouses, berry and vegetable growers, cool rooms and any horticulture site across Australia where a frost or temperature event costs money.
