We ship all goods from New Zealand main warehouse

All deliveries must be signed for.

Delivery time of 1 to 3 working days from date of purchase.



DAMAGED GOODS

The same basic principals apply to goods damaged in transit as goods missing. If you  suspect that the parcel has suffered to the point where the goods inside are damaged do not open the parcel ! Contact the courier.

REFUNDS

Goods can only be accepted back for refund or exchange in "as sold" condition including undamaged original packaging, complete instruction books, manuals , accessories, etc. If freight expenses of any type have been incurred, these are not refundable. Restocking fee may be apply.
